I need help finding the title and artist to a country song I heard the other day. A phrase in the song is "In 64 when she was born in Baton Rouge". Your help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have all of Ty's CDs and didn't recognize that line. Hard to believe that was his first single, a #1 song from 1995.
