OK gents. The scene where Pre has his shot at Gold in Munich has a piece of music used throughout that is truly inspiring. The only problem is, I don't know what it is or where to find it.

IU had read it is on the John William SUMMON THE HEROES Olympic CD, but it is not. So now I am stuck.

Can anyone help me out here? What music was used? Who composed it and can it be found on CD?

Much appreciated.

I know! as in can't find it.

it actually sounds familiar, as in used elsewhere, or is simply trailer, tracked music.

sounds Hornerish, as in re-used :D

Out of that credit role, the only possibilities are:

"YITGADAL VEYITKADASH"
Adapted by Edward Birnbaum
Performed by "Rinat" Israel National Choir
Conductor: Stanley Sperber / Cantor: Naftoli Herstik
Courtesy of Beth Hatefutsoth - Museum of The Jewish Diaspora

and

"THE RECRUITING RUN"
"MONTAGE NUMBER 2"
"OLYMPIC TRIALS"
Written and Produced by Scott Grusin and Seth Grusin

try Titanic. Noticed when watching extras last night, that the music is tracked from there a bit, or simply emulated.

also try ONE DAY IN SEPTEMBER possibly.
