Need ideas for connecting a speaker from my TV (1 Viewer)

I have a TV across the room and I want to connect a small speaker to it and put the speaker on my desk near my PC so I can hear the audio better. I'm in a loud room and I don't want to use headphones. Does anyone have any ideas on how to set up a speaker like this? The TV has RCA audio out. I have power at my desk if I need to plug in the speaker for power. I do not want a wireless speaker. Thanks in advance for any help.
