I already have a 16 gal keg and a DJ. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Keep in mind that the house is fairly small.

    Thanks in advance........Chet

You already have a keg? Expecting a small turnout? [IMG]
I've always thought the best parties were the ones with some kind of theme: 60's party, 80's party, toga party, pimp-and-hooker party, etc.

Be sure to have a couple of decks of cards on hand. Depending on your set you will see anything from a game of Euchre to [pick your favorite drinking game]. Dice too if you have friends that appreciate it (depends on your age range that you have there).

Put somebody in charge of the music so you don't have to. Have them make eclectic choices.

Always more cups than you think you'll need, a pitcher or two is nice as well for the lazy ones.

Most of all, let all of your guests know they are more than welcome to crash on the couch/chair/stairs/tub if they have too much.

    have fun!

Beverly Hills 90210 Twister is the best party game ever.

It's too late now but you could have made it a Vicars and Tarts themed party. People would come dressed as people of the cloth or sinners. Good times.

Get some disposable cameras and let everyone take some party pics. Then you can blackmail people later. [IMG] You would be surprised what gets developed!

Drinking Jenga! Just write a rule on each piece when you play for the first time (when you successfully draw a piece out, you get to write a rule). Rules can range from "all girls drink" to "anyone whose name starts with 'S' takes off a piece of clothing" [IMG] Obviously the more drunk everyone gets, the more interesting the rules get.

A deck of cards or two for a nice game of "Circle of Death", pinochle decks make for a very brutal game. A pitcher for a game of anchorman. A copy of Strange Brew for the Strange Brew Drinking Game. If you don't know the games I'd be happy to let you in on them.

I was going to suggest the Tarts and Vicars theme as well but I see Richard beat me to it.

Take everyone's keys when they come and don't give them back until they're sober.

If you have a camcorder, VIDEOTAPE the whole thing!

When the party is going, just have it around and let different people handle the camera at different times.

I've done this several times, and probably have several hours of party footage. EVERYONE loves it because there are so many things you miss, forgot, ignored, or didn't think was funny at the time because you were too drunk to notice.

And plus, it's almost guaranteed you'll get some crazy s*** on tape.

Cameron, I finally figured out who you look like. There is a local News person that is your doppelganger. He is a videographer for the new VI.
