Need help with the name of this movie. (1 Viewer)

It involves a guy in a tv satellite station,or whatever they call them,in the middle of alaska,possibly.And he's able to pick up signals from a hidden(?) camera in a foreign country,and at some point he finds out where it is and travels to that location to stop a murder(?),possibly.
Sorry if it's kind of vague,but that's all i remember.
