Need help with Dish 4500 RCVR Remote (1 Viewer)

I need to get this friggin' thing setup so it will accept IR commands so I can use my Pronto with it. I have a Pronto CCF file to operate it with but I cannot get the rcvr to accept IR commands only the UHF/RF(whatever) works with it.
What do I do??

I assume the 4500 is an HTS version of the Echostar 4000. Those are mostly UHF only.
