Need help with best TV for picture quality (1 Viewer)

In your guys' opinions, which TV has a better image, a sony WEGA or a Toshiba(flat screen)? More specifically, if it helps the Wega 20FV300 and the Toshiba 20AF42. I want an opinion based purely on picture quality not cost. Thanks for any help you can give.

Price not being an issue, I would definitely go for the WEGA.
