Need Help With A Song (1 Viewer)

Hey all,
I hope I am posting this in the right place. I heard a song again last night that I can never find out what it is... so I thought it's time I do find out!
It's an 80s song I'm pretty sure, and a dance song. Not much to the lyric. But includes the phrases "In western town of dead and ____. The Eastern Boys and West town (or western) girls..." It also has "Sometimes your better off dead" but those two phrases are all I can ever seem to catch.
If anyone knows what song this is, please let me know.

and the line [I believe] is "the west end of town has dead end walls, with the east end boys and west end girls."

can be found on any number of their albums, best of, discography, etc., or on other '80's collections.

Actually, I think the line is more along the lines of: "In a West End town, a dead-end world/ The East End boys and West End girls...."
But yeah, it's gotta be the classic Pet Shop Boys song (I've even got their debut album on LP!)
