Since it is almost Halloween, I have been thinking about the different horror movies that I have watched in the past. There is one movie in particular that the name keeps slipping my mind.
I know the basic premise for it, but I do not know any main character's names or the actors who portrayed them (I tried searching IMDB.com to no avail).
First of all, this movie is not "Night of the Demons".
The story is about a sorority that is throwing a Halloween party at an old abandoned house, which turns out to have an evil spirit residing in the basement. There are 3 (I believe) girls who are pledging this particular sorority, and all 3 are accepted under the condition that they help set up the house for the party. More specifically, one of the girls is very good at setting up pratical jokes and if she helps, all 3 girls will be in the sorority, if not, none of them make it. One of the "gags" that was set up was a guillotine in the basement.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Brett B.

It's "Killer Party" from the mid-80s. It's not currently in print on VHS or DVD. Here's a small picture of the cover:

    Thanks, Ken.
That's the one. Haven't seen it for a long time. I started reading the reviews in IMDB and had to laugh at all of the negative comments about it. I just remember watching it on either HBO or Cinemax a long time ago. I wonder what I would think of it today?

It's owned by MGM now, I'm pretty sure. Try e-mailing them and asking if they have any plans to release it on DVD.
