I'll either be going to Lexington this Tuesday or Thursday to buy Metroid Prime for GameCube and a Rowdy Roddy Piper book for a signing to happen in Joseph Beth. However, I'll have some money left over to buy one more book. I have three choices:

The Emperor and the Wolf
- Book about the working relationship between Kurosawa and Mifune.

Kubrick
- It's like a final edition look at Kubrick and his pictures. It's by Michael Ciment I think. I'm not sure, but I saw it once. It was loaded with pictures, interviews, and texts concerning the making of practically every one of his movies including Eyes Wide Shut.

David Lean: An Intimate Portrait
- It's David Lean, nuff said.

Buy the book on the person whose work you are most familiar with.
That's the thing though. I kind of know the body of work, but nothing really deep about any of it. I'm aiming to get all three of them, but I'm curious if anybody owns any of these.
