From what I remember about it, it was probably pre-80's. Don't recall who starred in it, but it was a spoof on the Roman/Greek civilization, and it involved characters like Samson (with a very high pitched voice), Hercules (I think), and swearing chickens.

Honestly, I can't be sure. I saw it probably eight or nine years ago.

Something I distincly recall is the scene in which Samson is plowing a field, and his domineering mother calls out to him "Samson, dinner's ready!" (or something like that), and Samson responds with a very high pitched voice, "Okay, coming mom." (or something).

And in the same village there was a scene in which chickens were running around with someone's voice dubbed over the chickens' shrieking, swearing.

An oddball movie, for sure. :)
