Need help finding title of film (horror/comedy?) (1 Viewer)

There's a film that opens with lots of footage of dead bodies everywhere... driveways, cars, etc... Then, at the end of the sequence, the camera pans up to a police car and shows a policeman saying "Whoever did this is in BIG trouble!"

Anyone know what film this is?
