there's this ballad on the movie Almost Famous that goes "oh doctor doctor, is there a cure for a young man's blues...." i guess it's by stillwater but i can't seem to find it....

There's a "Stillwater CD" that is/was packaged with the Bootleg version of the DVD; I have it. Pretty sure the song is there.

Yeah, that's right. The "Bootleg Edition" DVD comes with the five- or six-song Stillwater CD, and there's a vinyl collectors' edition of the Untitled (bootleg version) soundtrack that has "Fever Dog" removed from its place in the regular Almost Famous soundtrack and putting it on Side D with the other Stillwater songs from the "bootleg" CD. The Stillwater songs are all pretty good.
