My owner's manual does not list the wattage on the speakers I just bought (and the box doesn't either). The speaker system I got is the Monsoon MM-702 Flat Panel Audio System. In spite of not knowing the wattage, I am literally ENTHRALLED with how my MP3s sound. I'm hearing a whole midrange of sound, as well as bass and higher ranges (where applicable). They blow my older, cheaper speaker system out of the water!
Anyways, the only specs listed in the manual are these:
Satellites: 4x8" diple-radiating PFT Transducer
Satellite Enclosure: None
Total Amplifier Power: 49 Wmax^2, 35Wrms
Crossover: Active, third order at 225Hz
Subwoofer drive unit: 5.25 inch cone driver, Xmax = +_(should be + and - over eachother) 5mm
Subwoofer cabinet: 6.75 liter bandpass, tuned to 110 Hz; 9.50" H x 7.25" W x 10.88" D
Controls on Subwoofer: Bass volume and power on/off
System frequency response: 50 Hz to 20 kHz (in workstation environment)
Maximum SPL at 0.5 meters: 101 dB using EIA 426B noise
...if these will be of any help determining the wattage. Please let me know.
