These are the prices I get here in Portugal. Wich one should I go for?

Sony. The others can't compete with it. Bass you can hear as well as feel and in this price range nothing is even close. I have used mine for a few months and I love it.

I'd say the Sony. Further than that I'd go with the WM40 rather than the 20 as the 40 has an established record of being an excellent budget sub.
