Need DVD Changer that play PAL DVDs (1 Viewer)

I am looking for good, DVD Changer thats MUST play PAL DVDs, I don't care if can or can't be made region free since my DVDs are all region but it must convert the PAL to NTSC and good, and I would like to be as cheap as possible.

One more thing it needs to be slim.

There are some changers that can do PAL, but I don't know of any that are slim. I haven't been following JVC for a while now, but I know that up until at least recently, most of the JVC changers do PAL to NTSC conversion and do it very well. If you go to www.HKFlix.com you will see a couple of the JVC changers that will work for you. The models HKFlix sells have been modded to play any region, so you can just go there to check for the model numbers and then try to find the players somewhere else a lot cheaper since you don't need to pay for the region mod and the JVCs out of the box will play PAL. Also HKFlix used to sell some Toshiba models that could do PAL but I'm not sure they still do.
