Need Criterion "Shock Corridor" booklet (1 Viewer)

I bought a used copy of "Shock Corridor", and it's missing the booklet.

How can I get a replacement copy?

If all else fails, maybe someone can make available a high-quality scan of both sides, and I can print a copy on glossy paper. (If this is illegal, then forget I asked.)

If you go to the Criterion site directly at www.criterionco.com and look under support and feedback, there is a link to Ask Jon Mulvaney. If you e-mail him and ask nicely I'm sure that he will send you one.

I bought a brand new Tokyo Drifter that was missing the insert, so I e-mailed him, and next thing he contacts me to say it's in the post! True story...
