I have a UHF/HD antenna I bought from Best Buy a while back and Have it hooked up to a Samsung SIRT 451. I'm about 30-40 miles from the TV stations. While I get a decent signal from the stations, I have to reposition the antenna in order to pick each one up. Even though the stations are coming from the same general direction. Is this common? Is it possible I need a different antenna?

    Thanks for any comments.

I have the SIR-T451 as well, with a Silver Sensor indoor antenna. All station signals are generally from the same direction for me too, but a couple of stations do require that I move the antenna a small amount to lock the signal. To compensate, I added a channel master CM-3042 amplifier plugged into a switchable outlet. Now all I have to do is switch on the amplifier for any channel that is marginal... no more moving the antenna. Works great, and I love that the cable company gets none of my $$$ !!!
