Need advice on subs for B&W Speakers (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I am in process of building home theater. I have B&W Nautilus Speakers - Two 804s front, Two 805s back and HTM-1 center.

My 90% usage of home theater is for movies. Please let me know which subwoofers are good with B&Ws within $1200 .. even dealer discouraged me about B&W subs!!!

Where are you located? (I ask due to possible shipping costs). Also, do you have an idea of your budget? And what size is your room? With answers to these questions you will be better served around here.

A good place to start your search is SVS at www.svsubwoofers.com. They are, by most all accounts, some of the best subs around.

EDIT: Just saw your budget. Take a look at the SVS site. They have several subs in your range . . . up to the PB2-Plus which would land you a little over budget after shipping.

I live in SOuth Jersey, close to Delaware. My room is about 18x18x9 ft size and approx budget is $1200.

I would love to hear from someone who has B&W 804s and know what subs they're using. Any idea where I can audition SVS subwoofers ? Seems like they dont have dealer network and sell only via intenet.
