I have a strange problem. Now that I completed my HT system, I tried to move my old Denon receiver, speakers, and Apex DVD player to my bedroom armoire. It has little compartments where my Apex DVD player just fits, however my Denon beast will never fit. Are there any small receivers that are narrow in width? I dont care too much about quality, anything I get will be better than TV speakers (cringe!)
    Thanks [IMG]

You might check out the Teac gold-colored line. They are all like half-width components, and said to be of decent quality.

Doesn't Denon make a nice small one as well?

Most standard receivers should be 17.5" wide, it's a standard. All your components should be that size if they are built by reputable companies. I notice Apex players aren't that size but all of my components are.
