Need a Microsoft Word Template for a White Paper (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a template for a white paper, and I really like this one, but it's read only (i.e. I cannot erase it and input my info):

Can anyone help me find a download for the white paper above? If not, what are the steps to making a report look like the white paper?

Which Word version are you using? I'm using Word 2000 and I can edit the document you linked to just fine. I right-clicked on the link in your post, saved the document to my hard drive and opened it. The document is set up to recommend opening the file in read-only mode, but you can simply click the No button in the dialog box and edit everything, then save the changes you've made.

click file....save as and save it with a dif. name. Then you should have full controll of the document.
