Is there a dvd review site that might list this information. I have a new JVC-S60 and when watching The Patriot the layer change was very slow, yet when my wife watched The Thomas Crown Affair she did not even notice the change.
I want to test more disks to see how this player is going to handle layer changes without having to scan titles for the change.
    Peace Out~ [IMG]

the Digital Bits is pretty good about listing the layer switch...look at the top of their reviews.

http://www.digitallyobsessed.com lists the layer changes as well. If you're looking for the best in layer change technology, try the Superbit discs. Utterly smooth and invisible.
