I am looking for a receiver that will compliment my NSP-1 & 10" sub. I am remodeling my basement & running 2 speaker wires to the back bedroom as well as setting up for 5.1. My main musical interests would include: Leann Rimes, Sade, Enya, Steely Dan, smooth jazz... Action Movies are just as important..... I am assuming I would be able to listen to either, or, & all speakers at once? a few opt- ins would be nice, but not mandatory. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I think the Denon AVR-1603 would be a good match.
For detailed specs on this and many other models, check out the buyer's guides at http://hometheater.valuecanuck.com.

I don't know how much power you need or anything about the NSP-1 & 10" sub, but I would look at the HK320. It has
    "Multiroom/Multisource Audio Allows
Users in Separate Rooms to Listen to
    Different Sources Simultaneously •
    Includes Separate Zone II Remote
    Control for Multiroom Operation, or
    Simplified Operation in Main Room"
Go to harmanaudio.com for complete specs and functions. JandR.com is also a good place to look for these machines.

Rich, Jeff, Jose, thanks so much for taking the time to help me. I will consider all suggestions & hopefully find a local source where I can test drive these models. THIS WEBSITE ROCKS! (literally).
