Didn't realize the NBC Comcast umbrella owned Fandango. It sounds like Vudu would be folded into FandangoNow.

If that's the case, anybody interested in using Vudu's D2D program should probably not delay...

Vudu is the better known name and is supported on more devices; I would guess that that’s where the value would be for any company buying it, to have the superior infrastructure and wider customer outreach.

I have a feeling the movie store/movie ticket service will be run as one service called Fandango.
