National Lampoon’s Vacation (1 Viewer)

One of my favorite films that I haven’t watched in a few years is “National Lampoon’s Vacation.” Now that I have a much bigger and crystal clear 4K TV and equipment then I did in the past, I can plainly see how terrible the transfer is. There is so much film jutter taking place - the picture literally shakes every few seconds - that I almost got sea sick viewing it. Plus it’s very soft with washed out colors. I was truly disappointed.

I really hope that Warner Bros. revisits this film and gives it the proper transfer it deserves.

I remember there being complaints about frames being skipped on the DVD release. I guess they ported that transfer over to the BluRay without doing any work or upgrades.
