I was considering getting the Ps2 version for the online option but I read that you can only race one other player. (that sucks). So I figured I would get the xbox version instead. I am assuming it will support custom soundtracks and 5.1 sound. Does anyone know if it will be 16x9? (oh, if my assumptions are wrong, please let me know. )

FWIW, in case it matters, EA Sports titles don't support Xbox Live at all, so PS2 is your only option for online play.

I don't buy EA sports titles on xbox, something is always screwy. The ps2 version still is your best bet as it is based off that hardware and ported to the other systems.

Well, last year's version had both 5.1 and custom soundtracks, but you never can tell with EA. I'm getting the Xbox version because 1. I could care less about 1vs1 online racing, and 2. I already have Madden and NCAA for Xbox.
