Don't know how many NASCAR fans are out their but NBC just let out that they are brodcasting the Daytona 500 in HDTV.

Not it would be really great if I could get it in HDTV. Anyone here if the dishes will be getting NBC soon, I see they added CBS now.

No HDTV cable here and too far away for good brodcast.

Life sucks...

I was excited to hear this and would probably go out and get a box to see catch it(although I hope they broadcast more races in HD this year), but I'll be going one better and seeeing it in true 3-d...I'll be sitting right at turn 3 cheering my drivers to the front of the pack!!

Going to the race is a neat experience, but you can see it far better on TV. I go to the Michigan race every year, its a good time, except when it rains.....
