There is at least one site that rates a bunch of companies, many of them internet sellers of AV gear. I would be greatful if someone would post the URL or a hot link.

I think audiosurvey.com is by far the most comprehensive site that grades all the e-tailers selling CE. It has extensive user feedback where you can read about others experiences.

shopping.yahoo.com rate's about 95% of their stores with customer feedback. you have an oppurtunity to ask to evauluate their service 2 weeks after ordering from them you can rate them 1-5 stars.
