You could start by NOT laughing during the prank, that just kills it. She wasn't even that upset, just bewildered. As far as that other thing, i'm not sitting through 22 min. of two guys who really need to find a job. Sorry dude, no sale.

Thanks for the feedback. I do get that reaction alot..."get a job", "you've got too much time on your hands". I take that to mean that that person leads a life where they wish they could do fun and creative stuff in their freetime, but can't. I'm sorry about that.

I know it's hard to ask someone to watch a 22 min video, but it has some of our best stuff on there, so I thought I would give it a try. How about this one...

Well the bad news is you'll never get rich. The good news is it takes up the slack on what appears to be an otherwise uneventful existence.

After going through some profiles, I realized I'm in the wrong age demographic.

Oh well... keep up with the feedback positive or negative.

Buzzzzz. Wrong. There's not always a hidden meaning in what people say. Sometimes it is what it is. It just wasn't funny.

You'll find most everyone here has a good sense of humor. You're amongst a group of people who spent 23 pages and 680 posts making jokes because someone asked what Silica does. :D

A little constructive criticism. The execution of it is just horrible. I watched the 'alien' video and you sound so unprepared-- all the stuttering, 'uhs', and verbal flubs really ruin it. Not funny. Sorry.

Here's a link to great phone pranks-- Gilbert Gnarley:

Now that's funny!

They are painfully boring. They may be funny to you and your friend.. however..
For me it was not more than a few seconds into the video when I realized it was going to be awful. I was at no point anywhere near close to laughing. It was like watching a car wreck.

Better luck next time?

well, i'm 29 as well and i didn't find it that amusing. i think what your doing is akin to tape recording your conversations when you're really high. sure, they are hilarious in the middle of it, but once you sober up the next day and have another listen, you wonder why the hell you laughed for 40 minutes straight about "mayonnaise juice"

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I understand the 'uhs' and stuff can get annoying, I'm definitely not a public speaker.

That's crazy that you bring up Gilbert Gnarley... I hear him on the radio all the time and I never find his stuff that funny. Maybe we just have a different kind of sense of humor.

I'll give it a couple more tries... people tend to love/hate this next one....

And this one was taken from the longer video (if you don't think convincing a gay Subway employee that he's fired is funny, then I can't help you)....

Delivery is much of what makes crank calls funny. So is timeing. You need to be more succinct. There is no relatioship between the length of time it takes to tell a joke and the corresponding laughter. If there were it would probably inverse.
I hope you have $60 to invest in yourself. http://www.howtobefunny.net/

You may also want to become familiar with this - unless you'd like to have a good time entertaining a judge; http://www.junkyardwillie.com/realaudio9/legalities.htm

good luck

"Maybe we just have a different kind of sense of humor."

I think yours may be one of a kind.
