my OPERA replacement arrived damaged! (1 Viewer)

Well, I finally received my OPERA dvd replacement today, but the disc was smudged/scratched and skips in certain parts!!!!!! My Opera nightmare will never end.
I will go buy Opera 2.0 at best buy, and from now on only buy Anchor Bay dvd's from Ebay, so they don't get any more of my money.

Does anyone have any phone numbers/email addresses other than the general questions and service email address for Anchor Bay? I really feel I need to talk to someone about this.
