My new Toshiba 51hx83 and it's closed captioning... (1 Viewer)

So I got a new Toshiba 51hx83 last week. I love it. All of a sudden, while watching football, the closed captioning came on. When I went to the "cc" section of the on screen menu.....it's lifted as off. I switched from on to off a few times....left it in the off position. Then here comes the cc again. Every time I left it in the off position, I kept getting cc. The only way to keep stuff off the screen was "cc3". What the hell is going on?

Anyone ever had this type of problem?

Everything seems to have gone back to normal. Hmmmmm.
