Paramount has released an SE of Sergio Leone's My Name is Nobody in Germany. I believe the OUATIW SE was released outside of R1 before being released in R1. Does this mean that an R1 release is in the pipeline?

Unlikely. There is an R1 release from Image, licensed from a different rights holder than Paramount. (There may well be a dispute about US right, actually, if one gives credence to occasional rumors, but I'm not in a position to know.) Either way, I don't think this will be a worldwide release from Paramount like OUATITW. That film was actually produced in part by Paramount, while My Name is Nobody was not.
