I hate to say this, but you're getting pimper

Me and my friends use that word and I'm 24, guess that makes us cool ;>) Anyways we use it to indicate that another dude looks good. Some (most) guys have a phobia of saying another guy looks good, so instead you say, that dude is a pimp, meaning he gets all the fly (good looking) ladies.

Dave: thats exactly what i did one time when i went to church with a few friends, and my mom though i was going to my friends house, and not her church... So it was late, my dad went to my friends house, didnt find me there...
Come home, theyre kinda pissed, I had no idea why, since it wasnt my fault she didnt hear me correctly... i wrote them a note explaning my POV, they wrote back, turns out they werent as pissed as i thought...

(To maintain a good relationship with your mom.) Like Steve said, you will get your chance to do everything you want to do, sooner or later!

Matt....what you did is absolutely harmless! I can tell you about so much shit that I did, but the worst thing was me and a buddy went to the local mall when we were 14, well we get to the mall and there are these "popular" girls there and we are all going around to the stores and we go into a place like "Claire's" you know a teenie booper jewelery(if you can call it that) store, well I get the big dare to get my ear pierced(hey it was the in thing to do, with NKOTB and all), so I do it. Now I didn't think that the lady at the store was going to let me do it, as I was clearly underage.........well I think she wanted to test me as she did it! GOD IT HURT SO BAD!!!! So here I am trying to act all cool and shit and then lo and behold its time to meet the moms and go home, so we go and here I am hurting, and trying to hide it from my mom. Well about midnight I couldn't take it anymore and went and showed my mom. She thought it was COOL! So we clean it and she gives me a pain pill, all is well, that is until Dad gets home in the morning from work.....I had been planning for like months to go that day(it was a Friday) to see the very first showing of Freddy's Dead with my best friend. Well long story short my dad FREAKS out and tells me that I cannot leave my room until its removed, so even though the popular girls thought it was cool and mom thought it was cool, I removed it all in the name of Freddy Krueger.
I got to go see my movie, actually we saw it 3 times in a row, the 3D sequence was so cool.
Ok now I have no idea why I told you guys that....I guess it was to prove the point that you could have been doing a lot worse.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. That's what I did with my parents at your age. Except, I had a pager, not a cellphone. They gave me a handful of quarters and if they needed something, they paged & I called back from a pay phone. I had to call if I was going to be late getting home, or if I went somewhere else (at night). During the day they had less of a concern and I was pretty much free to roam wherever.
Hey Matthew... this may be a shock, but you have great parents.
And pimp ~= cool in teenage speak. As in, "Man, that is one pimp jacket." Nothing to do with prostitution.
