Look at PowerSound Audio too.
Personally, I think those big three channel amps are spectacular overkill for the seriously high efficiency speakers you have. I have the Gen 1 XPA-2 for my L/R, but my main speakers are 86dB sensitivity and drop down as low as 2.5 Ohm. I suspect yours are 10-15 dB higher sensitivity, which means they require anywhere from 1/10 to 1/60 as much power. You would never come remotely close to touching the output of even the A-5175 or Outlaw 5000, and it would extend their benefits to two more channels, for less $. But, if you just want the biggest, baddest amp, I won't stop you.
The Altec's are insanely efficient and are actually 114 - 115db efficient (+26 db) which are more efficient than the 99db efficient RC-64 lll that should arrive in about 10 days. Klipsch La Scala speakers are 105db efficient but I do not want to trade out my Altecs as I am very happy with them. I am looking at getting more headroom out of not only my system but making it easier on my receiver as well. Just checked out PowerSound Audio and did not see any power amplifiers.
You also mentioned subwoofers, which is why I suggested PSA.
So, there is a difference in sensitivity between my speakers and yours of 28dB. Do you realize 30dB is a factor of 1000!?! 28dB is about 700. So, at takes less than 1 watt with them to equal 500 watts with mine. I'm just trying to spell out that spending that much for the power of something like an XPA-3 isn't the greatest use of money. I'm telling you, something like the A-5175 or Outlaw 5000 make a lot more sense, and even they are significant overkill.
The Outlaw 5000 is a nice lower power model but do not need 5 channels unless I purchased outdoor speakers and power them with the extra two channel. The problem with that is not only do I never have anyone over to play music outdoors but I do not spend much time in the backyard. The Emotiva A-5175 might not be a bad trade off and will keep that one under consideration. But another thing I look at is it takes so much more power after 70 watts to make it a little bit louder. So the excess power would be more for spikes in demand.

The Marantz power amp is a good solution to match the Marantz receiver I have and is not a mega amplifier and is along the same line as the lower model Emotiva. Thank you John for pointing out the Emotiva A-5175 5 Channel Power Amp. Just like the subwoofer both potential upgrades are only in the research phase and not a done deal at this point. The only things that are a done deal is the Klipsch RC-64 lll center channel that is paid for and should be on it's way hopefully tomorrow! That and changing out the Advent two ways I am using for Atmos speakers. Changing those out to Klipsch RP-500SA Atmos speakers is a done deal as far as the decision but still need to save and pay for them. I can honestly say the system turned out great and I love using it.
I can not say I wouldn't love to get a 4K projector and a 150" screen but the reality is I will most likely end up in an apartment so let's face it a projection set up is not likely not in the cards! Since I own a Sony A9F OLED I am not hurting as far as picture quality goes or in the audio department with the Marantz SR-8012!
Estimated arrival date for Klipsch RC-64 lll center channel is coming up on 1 week as of tomorrow.
Just after the Klipsch RC-64 arrives I should have alot of 4K goodness via 4K UHD Blu-ray & Dolby Atmos tracks to test out the new center speaker.
Iron Man Trilogy
Captain America Trilogy
The Avengers: End Game
The Incredible Hulk
Guardians Of The Galaxy
Taking a step back to the amp, I suggest with a 5 channel model to use it for the front three and front surrounds for a total of five channels.
As far as the Marantz matching the receiver, there really should be no problem with any of them working with your SR8012. Be aware the Marantz amp has a ventilation channel going through it from side to side. That's where the airflow is, rather than on top, so be certain it isn't constricted on the sides. It also means that standard ventilation fans won't work very well. I tend to be more budget conscious than I need to, but the Marantz amp just seems a little over priced for what it is, but you're paying for the name. For me, amps are kind of like subs, I buy amps from companies that specialize in amps.
Klipsch RC-64 lll will be arriving this Thursday on 8/8/19.
I decided to go with the Emotiva power amp and thank you for your 5 channel suggestion but feel the amp for just the 3 channels is the best way to go. How ever I could use the two channels for another zone but feel it would be better to feed the same power to the surrounds and height channels. I will most likely get the 3 channel but will give your suggestion consideration.

Next step tomorrow or Sunday is to set up the microphone and run Audyssey for the new center speaker and the new ports on the Altec A-7's! I intend to watch at least one movie hopefully on Saturday and Sunday if not then at least something on Sunday and test out the new Klipsch center. Next year I will add Klipsch Atmos speakers!
August 11th, 2019 Sunday
Well after adding dual 4" ports to the Altec A-7 speakers and replacing the Bowers & Wilkins HTM-62 S2 center channel with the Klipsch RC-64 lll center channel. I ran Audyssey and made some fine adjustments and the front sound stage is more like it should be and the sound panning from front to back is like it should be as well. Soon I will replace the Advent two ways with Klipsch Atmos speakers so the only other speaker consideration at that point will be what subwoofer do I buy. I can not honestly see they system going much further than that other than maybe a turntable and phono preamp, maybe. As much as I want an old school two channel system with a 70's receiver and 70' L100 JBL speakers can I justify the expense and I can not say I have the room for it. The focus most likely will be getting two posters framed and building the movie library. Other than that need to get around to a car which will cost money in registration and insurance as well and I will need to register the car in another family members name so child support doesn't take my car from me. But things are working out little by little and I am so happy with the system right now! Will watch a movie tomorrow and Tuesday after I go to Best Buy and get some 4K Marvel movies. Will watch multiple movies on Wednesday so the next 3 days will be very nice. The difference between last summer and this summer is amazing. I really enjoy the Pirates franchise!
