I recently bought an HK 520 and am a bit of an amateur, but I have a problem that I can't figure out.

I've connected my TiVo and a VCR to the HK. The VCR is connected to both the input and output connections on Video 2, and the TiVo is connected to Video 1. What I want to do is copy a program from the TiVo to the VCR, but the signal must pass thru the HK. Isn't there a way to tell the HK that I want to send the Video 1 signal to the Video 2 output so I can record to the VCR, so that I don't have to hook the TiVo's output directly to the VCR? I have a feeling this is not possible, but I can't be sure.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks.

    Lee,

This should happen automatically, whatever source you have active should output to the video outs. All you should have to do is switch to the Video 1 input, and setup your VCR to record. I have an AVR-310 and do the exact same thing.
