Here are some photos of my first home theater project.

    50" LCD HDTV
Pioneer 5.1 Dolby Digital receiver, 4 tower speakers and sub
    Pioneer DVD recorder
    Dish Network satelitte receiver

Soon to upgrade to HD-DVD or blue ray.

My second project will be a room solely dedicated to a home theater system: stadium leather seating with cup holders, a digital projector with 100" screen (unknown to waht brand as of yet, but it must be HD), a popcorn machine, and a mini coke vending machine. All lighting will be custom built. Stay tuned. [IMG]

Just a quick question: I want to paint the walls a different color to enhance the home theater system. I was thinking of cherry red. What do you guys think?

I like Cherry Red, I suggest you may want to consider one wall only so that the room is not too overpowering. I finish one wall in a room with cherry red. I first started with a tinted base coat followed by 4 coats of red to achieve a uniform finish. When I finished, the wall was painted a total of 5 times. Be prepared for lots of work.
    Good luck
