I know, this is yet another post about SVS but I can't help but give credit where it's due. I have to say I am most impressed with SVS's service! I had a slight problem with my sub. It would rattle on anything with a bit of bass in it. Most annoying! I shot a quick email and, in a couple hours, Tom had answered. Mind you, this was around 5 PM when I first sent the email. That, in itself, is what sets this company apart from the bigger names out there, not to mention these subs do killer bass. All it took to fix my problem was placing a bit of carpeting under the sub because it's on hardwood floors and now the rattle problem is fixed. I know where I'm buying my next sub! I'm gonna throw more business their way when it comes time to recommend subs as well. You guys rock!

You know what they say... word of mouth advertising is the best you can get for sales. Thats if you can get your customers to spread the word... I have been so happy with my PB2+ now called something different I think that I have referred probably at least 10 folks there that have purchased a sub. Just can't beat them for the money and build quality. And they do take care of you very well.

I've been very impressed with my SVS but even more impressed with their customer service. The latter is very important to me when it comes to anything, let alone audio equipment, and I haven't been let down.

Glad to hear you're getting more of the same from them.

James,

That carpet suggestion was more part of the diagnosis of the issue than a long term fix from our side. If you drop us an e-mail we can get you some "optional specially formulated, round, soft, non-resonant, hemispherical, self-adhering"... ummm... feet.

We need to come up with something else to call them I guess.

Anyway, the stock foam pads your SVS came with work on any floor, about 99% of the time. But we can jet you out some of the optional feet and you can put the carpet back under your feet.

Ron's sales description for the rubber feet reminds me of all the old signs you see at Cracker Barrel, and how they describe the products they're advertising :D

Mike,

The PB12-Plus/4 is closer than you think. Keep an eye on our news page over the next week or so.

Tim,

Well you know... "The road to great audio, begins with better speakers... Burma Shave"
