Fellow MusicMatch users:
I recently switched from dial-up to DSL at home. I use MusicMatch to rip my CDs and of course the feature that looks up track names is real helpful. After getting DSL, MusicMatch can't seem to find an internet connection, despite the fact the PC is, in fact, continuously connected. I tried playing with the connectivity settings but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and how did you fix it?
(I can't even send a report to tech support because that requires an internet connection, thus a very annoying Catch22)
