    Fellow MusicMatch users:

I recently switched from dial-up to DSL at home. I use MusicMatch to rip my CDs and of course the feature that looks up track names is real helpful. After getting DSL, MusicMatch can't seem to find an internet connection, despite the fact the PC is, in fact, continuously connected. I tried playing with the connectivity settings but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and how did you fix it?
(I can't even send a report to tech support because that requires an internet connection, thus a very annoying Catch22)

I'm not at home, so I can't say for sure if this is accurate, but you should be able to go into options, where there should be a "network" or "connections" tab or some such thing.

Check to see if it's set to autodial, or if a proxy is set. If it's set to use your browser settings, go into your browser and make sure that it's set up properly.

I seem to remember I had this problem when I switched over to cable, so it should work.
