    That's what I like to hear. Glad to hear it's confirmed as a hybrid as well. I'll definitely be picking this one up.

    Kool, War gets a cameo on SA-CD! Herman can keep his Hermits but The Animals will join my collection!!!

    Great -- just after I got done dumping on hi-res in another thread... no matter -- the Animals is a must-have... if it was only available on MiniDisc, I'd still get it.

    Burdon's still got the pipes, if not the great material.

    In mild defense of Herman's Hermits... mind you, I couldn't stomach 'em then and I can't stomach 'em now, but... I've seen Peter Noone on TV hosting a couple of 'oldies' programs, and I must say he comes off well... he knows what HH created was fluff, he makes no bones about it, and does so with self-deprecating good humor... credit where it's due.
