Selling a used MUSE Hi-Vision (HDTV laserdisc) set up.

Includes:

- Sony HIL-C2EX laserdisc player. This was removed from an NEC Fish Club Virtual Fish tank, and thus has no markings. This player will ONLY play MUSE discs - will not play NTSC discs at all.

- Panasonic TU-MDC100 MUSE decoder with component video outputs.

I'll also include a couple of MUSE Hi-Vision laserdiscs. Set ups like these generally sell for $1500+, but since I no longer need this set up, I'm letting it go for $650 + shipping.

Will consider interesting trades. For the home theater geek that has almost everything!

Unit is sold as-is. Buyer must insure, and I'll accept Paypal.

Are you absolutely certain about this info? The model number you cited is supposed to play NTSC discs, and do it well.

What are the MUSE discs, anyway? Fish discs, movie, scenery?
