    Muppets Treasure Island on R2 is definitely widescreen anamorphic. I know because I have just purchased it and tried it out.

    Damn! And I have the pan and scan R1 disc! I have not yet seen it because of that!

    Why'd you buy it?

    I'm *boycotting* it until Disney does it right.

    Now I might buy the R2 version and get a Malata region-free PAL/NTSC conversion DVD player!

    Yes, there was a thread at the time and someone gave an e-mail of the Disney DVD and I wrote them something.

    More clarification: Here they don’t import pan and scan versions of R1, they only import the widescreen versions (Apparently the pan and scan versions are sold only inside the US!). So when I pick up a title here, I’m sure that it’s widescreen! I only have to be careful not to get the DTS version! [​IMG]
