Munsters Unaired Pilot Question (1 Viewer)

I was just looking at my First Season Universal Munsters box and I see they including the color presentation pilot. However they did not include the second, black and white unaired pilot with the different cast. Just wondering if this is planned as a bonus on the second season box.

If Mark doesn't mind me adding to his query, I'd also be curious about that "Munsters at Marineland" special (or whatever it was called). Is this something that exists in the Universal archives? Was it shot on video or on film? It always sounded rather intriguing. I'd love to see it as an extra in the 2nd-season set, if possible.
