    Hello,

I'm looking for a multisystem VCR. I have a multisystem TV so I don't need it to convert. What are my options? Idon't have SCARt as I'm in the USA. A composite connection would be best. Thanks!

At least in the US, there's 1 Samsung model that converts, but nothing outside of pro decks that outputs both formats

Go to Mindlogic.com and look at their selection. They sell plenty of multistandard (but not converting) VCR's and they also sell converting VCR's. I bought a Hitachi Multi-standard VCR from them a few years ago, and my brother bought a Sony from them, and we were both happy with the service, and with the VCR's. The main thing to look out for when buying multi-standard VCRs in the US, is a) what kind of Tuner does it have (NTSC, PAL, SECAM?) and b) what kind of stereo/SAP tracks does it support (US HiFi, German Zweiton, etc).
