MPEG Trimmer? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know of a program that will trim mpeg2 files? I'd like to be able to take an mpeg2 capture that I've made with my TV Wonder card and edit out the commercials etc, but ideally without re-rendering the whole thing in Ulead. Any ideas on how to do this?
