MP3 Pro - What ever happened to this? (1 Viewer)

Wasn't MP3 Pro supposed to be the next big format? Where is it? I've played a bit with the Vorbis (?) scheme but was hoping MP3 Pro would be better.

Anyone know?

MP3 Pro is probably going nowhere due to excessive licensing royalties on the encoder.
