Hello all,

I just bought myself a 46" LCD. That said, I'm getting rid of my 50" Rear Projection TV. This thing is a behometh! I have to get it down 2 flights of stairs. I would like to sell it, therfore I want to get it downstairs in 1 piece. My first instict is to lay it on its side and slide it (gently) down the stairs. Is there danger (other than being crushed) in putting it on its side and sliding it down stairs? Will I knock the guns out of alignment, etc? Or is the prudent thing to get 14 guys to help me carry it down the stairs?

Thanks for your input!

Call a local Piano moving company. I'm sure they can take care of it for you if it's worth it.. otherwise if it's that old or outdated (no blue book value) then I would take it to the porch and throw it over!... :)
