MOVIES YOU CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ON HD (1 Viewer)

So I must start by saying I hate musical. I hated RENT, I hated Moulin Rouge, and really hated Chicago. Musicals have never been my thing. My girlfriend made me watch this movie called Saawariya. I have to say its not bad. I wasn't really into the music but the visuals are amazing. It reminded me of the scenes from Hero or Golden Flower.

At present I'm not especially excited about High Definition and so there are no movies I "can't wait to see on HD".

My guess is that the films which will/would benefit most from an HD transfer are the large-scale movies with "a cast of thousands". I would certainly be interested to see movies like Lawrence Of Arabia and King Of Kings in High Definition, and when they appear on Blu-ray I will probably take the plunge.

Are you talking about HD television broadcast or HD disc? Saawariya has been released on Blu-ray disc.

Also, it seems odd to start a thread, name it the way you did, and then proceed to tell everyone how you hate musicals and list films that you, apparently, wouldn't care less to see on HD.
