Jon,
the UK poster site I buy from (www.moviemarket.co.uk) usually mentions - I imagine a good US site would too.
BTW, single-sided posters don't look bad at all either - except you lose a little contrast; the black's aren't so "black".

I built my own Marquee with two built in poster light boxes that I also built. Unfortunately since Photopoint went belly up my pics are off line.

I used 4-18" flourescent tubes in home made boxes lined in sheet metal and faced with Bassloc frames. I replaced the wood backing in the frames with white plexiglass.
