Movie cover described in post (1 Viewer)

What I saw was, a man in the center and a skull like face in the upper left hand corner. I believe it had the word “Death,” or “Dead” in the title. It was released some year after 2000. If you know what it is, please let me know!

Not a lot to go on: Those seem like pretty generic cover art graphics and, according to IMDB, there have been at least 99 movies with the words "dead" or "death" in the title released since 2000. I'm drawing a blank, but someone else may know. Are you describing a DVD cover or a movie poster?
