It seems to me they are building in the price of a rental on each of their retail units. Their recent foray into guaranteed price matching is also a scam, since most retailers do not publish the prices on their new product, and almost never on catalogue stuff.Even if they did properly support price matching, why bother? I'd rather buy my discs from a retailer that gave me a decent price the first time around than shop at a place that makes me work just to get a "favour" from them.
Peter, I agree that there is no lesser evil in this case. But, I think that since Disney is already doing so badly, it is Blockbuster that really could use the blow.Is Disney really doing that badly or am I just misinformed about something?
